This is Ficklegogaulplex Shoquaheigh Palmer. He was the third beetle to eclose. I found him as a pre-pupa in my gecko's tank, so I took him in. He had already turned into a pupa before I could take his pre-pupa picture.

This is Wolfeng "Wolfie" Partngze Palmer. First name is Wolfeng, preferred name is Wolfie, middle name is Partngze (pronounced Parnzeh). He pupated somewhere around the 20th of April and eclosed on the 12th of May. Male, alive. As you know, he was the worm that was isolated alongside Genghis in February.

This is Shilala Taxite Palmer. First name Shilala, middle name Taxite. She was the first female beetle. She is alive. She pupated on the 26th of April and eclosed on the 13th of May. I paired her with Robtop when she hardened up. They have lots of children now. I have no picture of her because I found her as a pupa.

Just a quick update: No beetles have died since Michael yet. All of the living beetles, including Genghis, are healthy. I can tell them apart because they're in separate containers with their name written on the lid. Almost every container has a pair of one female and a male, except for the male bachelors (Tommy, Imomali, and Ichbinein) and the female bachelors (Alexander who was widowed when Bart died, and Bernard)

The beetles that are all currently dead are Hercules, Paul, Benjamin, Puso, Super, Jambalaya, Michael, Bartholomew, Ringo, James, and Ogbagkwe.
Michael the beetle died today. Her husband, Karl, is still alive, but very sadly, they had no babies. In loving memory of Michael Jackson Palmer the female superworm beetle. Eclosed on the 4th of September, died on the 5th of October, gone too soon.

Jambalaya is no longer the most recent beetle to die. I had to end one of my beloved beetles, Bartholomew, 6 days ago using a kill jar. I was checking on him and his wife, Alexander, when I saw that he was on his back. I desperately tried to save him by feeding him a potato slice, thinking he was just severely dehydrated, but it didn't work. He was dying of old age. RIP Bart. I loved you.

Bartholomew had many babies with Alexander that are still alive. One of them is named Amelo Pomelo Palmer. Alexander is doing fine.
