I would say its up to Peter. If its not appropriate, I assume a post can be deleted by admins?

and what if both seller and buyer are not in USA? Or like me who has family and friends taking care of my beetles abroad? I should be able to buy stuff in foreign country and send to another foreign country without violating US Laws. Or should this site be targeted for "people in USA" only?

I didn't look up the sellers nor the people interested to check where they are from and where they are now, but regardless, maybe other foreign friends look at this forum too.

What I'm trying to say is, I understand that exotics are not allowed to be imported, and I've seen those topics/comments at least 5 times by now. But until they openly say that they are importing (illegally) from a foreign country into the US, we cant be sure. Plus I would assume shipping cross countries and shipping cross states are treated differently as well.

THEY ARE ALLOWED BUT YOU NEED A PERMIT AND ITS SORTA HARD TO GET
Understatement of the month, right there. I can deal with hard. I can deal with miles of red tape. What I can't deal with is constructing a non-residential containment facility that meets APHIS requirements that would likely cost as much as or more than my house.

so when does the plan to take down APHIS start? ?

I was responding to Vulcains thread and not people who quoted BeetleExperience, yes they are legal now. If you didn't know he spent a long time working with them on this particular species, it isn't that easy.
