Hello all,
I'm looking for one or more dried specimens of Lucanus elaphus for reference and education. Having both sexes would be ideal, but not necessary (I'm happy to have anything). I do not have a preference for captive or wild specimens, but would be appreciative if wild specimens had provenience to at least county. If captive individuals happened to be derived from known location wild individuals similar provenience would also be appreciated
.
I'll be holding some iNaturalist and science outreach tabling events in the upcoming year, so being able to show people what species I'm looking into would be amazing.
Thanks!
